About The Position

Our Site Controller leads all Accounting, Finance, and Business Analytic activities for a large e-commerce facility, dedicated to one Customer. This high visibility position reports to the Site Director and has heavy customer interaction. In this Site Controller role, you will: Work independently, while leading a functional team of associates Lead interactions with Senior Leadership from both DHL and Customer Create and get approval for DHL and Customer budgets, rolling forecast, and capital expenditure requirements Be responsible for labor planning and management Provide actionable insight based on analysis of volume and profile Have oversight for Month End Close, Accounts Payable and Receivable Ensure compliance with customer contract and service levels Drive continuous improvement principles to optimize cost and efficiency Be empowered to make decisions for the site. Requirements

• Minimum 10-15 years prior Finance or Accounting experience, required
• Strong systems skills - Oracle and Essbase, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access and other Web Development Languages, required
• Strong analytical skills with ability to make recommendations for action
• Strong people skills - ability to lead a team and build relationships with various functions
• Must enjoy working in an intense, fast paced, and sometimes ambiguous environment

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a logistics, manufacturing or warehousing business, preferred
