About The Position
If you've done cleanup work on construction or job sites, this is the same kind of hauling — just at residential properties, on a predictable nightly schedule.
Requirements
- A pickup truck or a vehicle with a trailer
- Comfortable with hands-on physical work
- Reliable and consistent — same nights, same route
- Available evenings, 5 nights a week
Responsibilities
- Walk and drive an assigned apartment community each evening
- Collect bagged trash left outside resident doors as part of your cleanup rounds
- Load and haul it to the property's compactor or dumpster
- Keep the property looking clean along your route
