Dewberry is seeking a Site/Civil Engineer for their Panama City, FL office. This role involves performing various civil engineering functions to support a growing office. Requirements

• BS degree in Civil Engineering.
• EIT is required.
• 2-4 years of design experience related to site development projects.
• AutoCad required and Civil3D preferable.
• Able to work on teams on different task and meets project deadlines.
• Work in a timely fashion to meet project budgets.
• Communicates effectively.
• Composes technical reports, permit documents, memorandums and other written communication such as email.
• Other duties as required.

Responsibilities

• Civil/Site development including grading design; roadway design; storm water management systems design; sanitary sewer design, water design, and water reuse design; and erosion and sediment control design for private, municipal, state, and federal clients.
• Work with a Professional Engineer in preparing all associated drawing packages, deliverables, calculations, reports, and spreadsheets.
• Work on design teams in collaboration with other disciplines to achieve project goals and deadlines.
• Perform technical work requiring strong communication and capabilities in AutoCAD, Civil3D, ICPR, ALDOT, MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and BlueBeam.
• Learn and become proficient in Dewberry engineering practices and standards, and other Dewberry-specific software programs.
