Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from an ABET-accredited program
0-1 year experience in site civil design
Engineer in Training (EIT), or ability to obtain registration within 6 months of hire
Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
A proactive, team-oriented approach and a genuine enthusiasm for engineering

Nice To Haves

Master’s degree in civil, environmental, or a related engineering discipline
Familiarity with Autodesk software, including AutoCAD and Revit
Experience with site layout or land development, utility piping, grading, drainage systems, and exposure to water and wastewater facilities
Active involvement in professional organizations

Responsibilities

Developing and optimizing conveyance systems for treatment plant processes
Creating detailed site layouts, grading plans, and stormwater management designs
Designing site access, paving, and distribution systems, including piping and pump stations
Planning and evaluating collection systems, including interceptor and outfall piping
