As an intern, you will be paired with a mid-to-senior level employee who will serve as your mentor. This mentor/mentee relationship is designed to foster a supportive environment where you can candidly discuss your career goals and aspirations. Our one-on-one informal mentoring approach fosters the development of professional relationships that complement your academic learning, enriching your overall internship experience. As a Site Civil Engineering Intern you will work on a variety of project types including site and utility design for industrial clients, data centers, schools, healthcare buildings, and commercial buildings. Additional opportunities for civil engineering projects like traffic, transportation, water resources and more will be available to interested candidates as our team believes a well-rounded internship provides the best internship experience for those who are still unsure what their preferred practice area of civil engineering might be. These experiences will provide insights into the profession, collaborative teamwork, and serving the needs of our clients.

Requirements

U.S. Citizen, U.S. Person, or Immigration Status Requirements: We are unable to provide visa sponsorship now or in the future. Candidates must have current and ongoing authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
A full clean driver’s license is required.
