This position provides direct housing and sheltering support to families at the ARCHES Project sites in Polk and Marion counties. Responsibilities include supporting daily operations including cleaning and laundry services, clerical duties, data collection & entry, assisting clients with navigation to resources, and other special projects as needed. The initial schedule upon hire will be 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., with flexibility required as schedules may rotate. As the Family Day Center expands its operating hours over the next 90 days, the selected candidate should be available to work a day shift (6:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.) or swing shift (10:00 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.) as needed. Flexibility and willingness to support evolving program needs are essential for this role.
