About The Position

This position is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support, including managing timecard approvals and employee record keeping via ADP. The role involves communicating with employees regarding ADP functions, auditing timekeeping for policy compliance, maintaining employee records, and assisting with report generation. The Administrative Assistant will also support supervision with various administrative tasks and other assigned duties.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or Executive Assistant
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and lamination machines
  • Computer-literate with proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word, etc.)
  • DOJ/FBI Live Scan Background & TB Clearance
  • Working knowledge of standard business practices and procedures
  • Computer-literate; knowledge of standard company software applications, internet
  • Effective interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Problem-solving ability and proven accuracy with detailed information
  • Proficient written and verbal English language communication skills, including business writing and professional telephone manner
  • Reliability, dependability and flexibility

Nice To Haves

  • AA or bachelor's degree preferred (Prior to employment, degree verification must be provided)
  • Pro-Act, CPI and/or CPR certification helpful

Responsibilities

  • Assists with completing timecard approvals and employee record keeping via ADP.
  • Communicates professionally with employees needing guidance on ADP functions.
  • Audits employee time keeping ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Maintains records of employee documents and works with other departments to ensure timely follow-up.
  • Assists with creating reports via ADP to track various employee trends.
  • Assists supervision with administrative/clerical tasks.
  • Other duties as assigned.
