About The Position

CJ Logistics Americas is seeking skilled and motivated Forklift Operators for their new location in Matteson, IL. This role is crucial for warehouse operations, involving the safe maneuvering of forklifts for loading, unloading, picking, and storing products. The position offers a pay range of $20.28 per hour plus a $0.50 per hour shift differential for the 2nd shift (Monday – Thursday, 3:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m.). CJ Logistics is unable to offer visa sponsorship or support for work authorization.

Requirements

• 6+ months of recent forklift or warehouse experience
• Must have the physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs safely and consistently
• A true team player who works toward common goals
• Brings a positive attitude and strong work ethic every day
• Reliable – we count on you, and so does the team

Responsibilities

• Safely operate sit-down forklift to keep orders moving and customers happy
• Master the art of loading, unloading, picking, putting away, and consolidating pallets
• Jump in with manual case picking when directed
• Get products prepped and shipped with accuracy and care
• Conduct outbound load audits, correct labels and count discrepancies
• Keep the warehouse moving by replenishing products in the right bays
• Tackle other duties like a pro — all within your training and expertise
