About The Position

NOTS Logistics is seeking an experienced Sit-Down Forklift Operator to support our Rack Management operation in Shippensburg, PA. This position is responsible for safely moving, staging, storing, and organizing materials while maintaining inventory accuracy, equipment safety, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate has prior sit-down forklift experience, a strong safety mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a sit-down forklift to move, store, and stage materials.
• Support rack management activities and maintain organized storage locations.
• Load, unload, and transport materials throughout the facility.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and material accountability.
• Utilize RF scanners and warehouse systems as required.
• Assist with training and supporting team members.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors.
• Report to work on time and prepared for assigned duties.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
