About The Position

Summary: The School of International Service (SIS) is seeking to hire undergraduate Faculty Services and Facilities Assistants for the Spring 2026 semester.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Ability to work in multicultural environments.
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
Customer Service focus is essential.
Comfortable moving event table/chairs and able to lift 25 pounds.
FWS award (5 positions).

Nice To Haves

Previous experience working in an AU campus office.
Student is FWS-eligible.

Responsibilities

Maintain and update databases such as, but not limited to SIS Directory and SIS Forms.
Assist Administrative Service Manager in scheduling events in the 25live system and facilitate setup for events in SIS.
Assist Administrative Service Manager to issue and retain key records for faculty, staff, and students in SIS.
Assist Administrative Service Manager on maintaining the Federal Work Study schedule.
Assist in reporting maintenance requests through 2Fix.
Assist Senior Manager Facilities Operations with faculty/staff office moves (packing boxes with books/files/office items, move boxes with hand truck) Note: heavy items to be moved with the assistance of AU Support Services.
Provide the Administrative Service Manager HUB, Faculty and staff supply orders weekly and take weekly inventory of the HUB supplies.
General administrative support (copying, faxing, scanning, mail distribution, etc.).
Assist in the sale of SIS Merchandise and the maintenance of an inventory count.
Other duties as assigned.
