About The Position

The SIS ESU Operations Lead provides day-to-day administrative and operational support for the ESU program and assigned Off Duty Officers (ODOs). Under the direction of the Regional Sr. ESU Manager, this position serves as a primary administrative point of contact for assigned personnel, supporting scheduling, personnel records, compliance, communication, and program coordination. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong communication and professional relationships.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Two (2) years of experience in security, law enforcement, military, emergency services, or a related field, preferably with experience in an administrative, supervisory, or management capacity.
  • Experience should demonstrate the ability to oversee personnel, coordinate operations, manage administrative functions, maintain documentation, and support organizational policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and exercise sound judgment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Ability to remotely coordinate personnel across multiple locations.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required licenses, permits, and certifications.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Paycom, Airtable, or similar systems preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate scheduling, timekeeping, personnel records, and administrative requirements for assigned ODOs.
  • Maintain accurate personnel, attendance, scheduling, and program documentation.
  • Support onboarding, credentialing, training coordination, and compliance tracking.
  • Assist with Paycom, Airtable, Salesforce, and other systems used for program administration.
  • Review and reconcile scheduling, hours, and related personnel information.
  • Coordinate with HR, Recruiting, Payroll, Billing, and other SIS departments to resolve administrative issues.
  • Monitor required licenses, certifications, and compliance requirements.
  • Respond to routine inquiries and escalate issues to the Regional ESU Manager as appropriate.
  • Support communication and coordination between ESU leadership, ODO personnel, and client stakeholders.
  • Promote professionalism, accountability, and a positive team environment.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for daily ESU operations.
  • Assist with scheduling changes, personnel coverage, and other operational requirements.
  • Support implementation and tracking of ESU programs and initiatives.
  • Identify and escalate administrative or operational issues.
  • Provide support during emergent situations when requested by ESU leadership.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Sr. Regional ESU Manager or Regional ESU Manager.
