Simulation Integration Engineer

General MotorsMilford Charter Township, MI
Hybrid

About The Position

This role involves working closely with stakeholders to identify requirements, schedule, and deploy simulation projects to enable virtual vehicle design, development, and validation. The engineer will engage with cross-functional team members to coordinate on-time delivery of simulation components, integrate plant models and other ECU models with controller software source code, and perform virtual system verification. Responsibilities include obtaining, developing, parameterizing, and testing virtual controller models, performing simulation correlation activities, creating and maintaining simulation architectures, and providing support for released simulations. The role also involves designing, developing, verifying, and executing automated test suites, assisting with the adoption of next-generation simulation technology, and identifying/implementing new simulation development processes. The engineer will work within SAFe and Agile constructs. This position requires 25% domestic travel to client sites and follows a Hybrid Work Policy (3 Days In-Office, 2 Days Remote), requiring the ability to report to the listed local office.

Requirements
