Job Summary: Simulation Data Manager (Sim Data) provides support for simulation and model testing for NASA payload training for the International Space Station (ISS). Assignments tend to be of moderate complexity, diversification or expense. Receives assignments in the form of objectives with goals and process to meet goals outlined. This role will receive instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new projects or assignments from the team lead who will work with management and other stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in engineering, science, or related field.
  • 0-2 years’ experience with a Bachelor's degree (B.S.) from a four-year college or university in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong technical skill to create and maintain command line prompts used in a simulation environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of learning technologies and their application.
  • Strong project leadership and planning skills.
  • Great interpersonal communication skills.
  • High energy individual who is a self-starter with the ability to learn quickly.
  • Forward thinking, able to envision the big picture.
  • Assertive, professional, confident.

Nice To Haves

  • Work experience in training, coordination, science, or engineering is a plus.
