About The Position

Mission‑focused simulation environments are becoming increasingly complex and deeply integrated across enterprise networks, training systems, and operational rehearsal platforms. Maintaining these environments demands a leader who combines hands‑on technical expertise with strategic engineering oversight — someone who understands how systems interact, anticipates future challenges, and ensures seamless execution across all facets of simulation operations. As the Simulation Center Engineering Lead, you will oversee the operations, sustainment, and modernization of a full‑scale simulation center supporting SOF missions. You will integrate technical leadership with operational awareness to ensure the reliability, performance, security, and readiness of all simulation systems and supporting infrastructure. You will lead a multidisciplinary engineering team spanning software development, systems engineering, network operations, information assurance, modeling & simulation, and enterprise IT. Your role will focus on coordinating daily technical activities, managing workloads, enforcing engineering discipline, and driving continual improvement across the simulation environment. You’ll develop engineering roadmaps, champion modernization initiatives, and maintain mission‑critical systems that enable training, readiness, and operational advantage. Your leadership will empower your team to deliver resilient simulation capabilities, solve complex interoperability challenges, and support high‑consequence training for the Joint Force. Join us. The world can’t wait.
