About The Position

This role involves communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders, facilitating training and learning activities, and managing administrative tasks. The coordinator will handle sensitive information, organize responsibilities, and provide support to participants. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace is required, along with the ability to learn new systems and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements

  • Experience communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders through multiple methods, including email, telephone, virtual platforms, and in-person interaction.
  • Experience facilitating training, orientation, coaching, or group learning activities.
  • Experience handling sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
  • Experience organizing, prioritizing, and completing multiple responsibilities within established guidelines and deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to learn and navigate information systems, databases, scheduling tools, and communication platforms.
  • Ability to provide clear, constructive feedback and support participants before, during, and after learning activities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively while independently managing assigned programs, communications, and event logistics.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree, bachelor’s degree, or some college coursework.
  • Experience in simulated participant methodology, healthcare simulation, standardized patient education, adult learning, training, or facilitation.
  • Experience working in higher education, healthcare, or a community-engaged educational program.
  • Experience supporting prebriefing, feedback, debriefing, or participant well-being following emotionally or physically demanding learning activities.
  • Familiarity with simulation standards of best practice, SP program operations, or healthcare simulation accreditation.
