Valiant is looking for a Simulated BCT Commander to join our team! This role involves working as a member of the Scenario Development Branch (SDB) within the Battle Simulation Center (BSC). The position reports directly to the Branch Chief, SDB. The primary responsibility is supporting ten (10) US Army Brigade Combat Team (BCT) rotational training exercises annually, with each exercise lasting approximately 14 to 21 days. The role requires replicating the Commander of a simulated US Army BCT and conducting close coordination with the Commander Operations Group (COG), Plans and Exercise Maneuver Control (P/EMC) Chief, and Operations Planners to synchronize and replicate the operations of the simulated US Army BCT with 21 ABN Division or JTF-21 operations. Additionally, the role involves developing simulated US Army BCT scenario deliverables in-support-of (ISO) 21 ABN or JTF-21 battle rhythm events such as Commander’s Updates (CUB), Commander’s Targeting Synchronization Brief (CTSB), Operation Sync (OPSYNC), and Division Orders Brief. Other duties as assigned.
