There are 92 employees across three shifts working at our 57,000 sq. ft. facility of manufacturing space. This role is an on-site position.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent hand eye coordination and finger dexterity required.
- Demonstrated experience handling small and fragile parts.
- Must have a continuous improvement attitude and strong attention to details.
- Detail oriented, self-motivated with a strong sense of personal ownership and a team attitude.
- This position requires access to information subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations and/or the Export Administration Regulations. As such, this position is open only to applicants who qualify as “U.S. Persons” according to U.S. federal law.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience working in a production/manufacturing environment is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Approves finished products by confirming specifications.
- Enter all pertinent information required into production logs.
- Conduct AQL visual inspection using a microscope.
- Apply customer & internal specifications to determine quality of product.
- Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs.
- Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean, orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret internal process instructions.
