Signature Lead Wedding Planner
About The Position
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Signature Lead Wedding Planner to join our team. This role is designed for a seasoned professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional experiences for luxury clients. The Signature Lead Wedding Planner will be responsible for managing a portfolio of approximately 35 signature-level clients, overseeing the planning process from concept through execution. This role requires a strong ability to lead, communicate, and maintain elevated service standards while collaborating with internal teams and vendor partners. In addition to managing client relationships, this individual will support client experience initiatives during peak season and contribute to overall team success.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of wedding planning experience, with a focus on luxury events
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-end clients simultaneously
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently (60%+), including internationally

Responsibilities
