As our Signature Experience Specialist, you’ll be the trusted guide for our customers, ensuring every project is smooth, seamless, and truly exceptional. As the main point of contact for our customers, you’ll play a vital role in bringing their home improvement visions to life: Be the Customer Champion (70%) Guide customers through every stage of their project—from post-sale to final installation—ensuring they feel informed, valued, and delighted. Coordinate & Communicate (30%) Manage installation schedules, update account statuses, and ensure every project stays on track with clear, proactive communication. Drive Insights (10%) Report weekly on customer feedback, job progress, and satisfaction metrics (including NPS), helping us continuously elevate our service.
