Signature Collection Quality Control Manager
About The Position
Shawmut Services is seeking highly motivated candidates for the roles of Quality Control Manager for a petitioning program. Quality Control Managers will provide support to their Regional Field Director (RFD) and manage the intake of petitions throughout the duration of the program. These roles are full-time, salaried positions. Quality Control Managers must be true self-starters, disciplined, and able to maintain a high level of organization. Requirements
- Ability to learn new technology quickly
- Ability to work long and unusual hours (some weekends and nights, especially leading up to the project deadline)
- Detail oriented and comfortable to work in a fast paced environment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with a team
Nice To Haves
- Prior organizing experience preferred (paid, volunteer, or internship)
- Access to a reliable vehicle is preferred
Responsibilities
- Manage the daily intake of petitions
- Develop and maintain a strict process for documenting, storing petitions and managing a process for timely affidavit corrections.
- Work with Regional Field Director (RFD) as well as project director(s) to analyze forms and assist in the development of written performance reviews
- Ensure reporting and accountability protocols are followed to provide up-to-date, actionable data and information to campaign leadership
