Requirements

Experience as a Software Engineer with a focus on Radio Frequency (RF) signal processing
Experience developing software using C++ or Java
Experience designing and implementing digital signal processing (DSP) algorithms
Experience with Fourier transforms, filtering, communications theory, digital modulation, and error control coding
Experience using signal analysis tools such as Wavelet Visualization Tool (WVT) or Digital Visualization Tool (DVT)
Experience developing software in a Linux operating system environment
Experience developing, testing, debugging, and integrating software applications
Experience analyzing software requirements and collaborating with systems engineers to develop software solutions
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline and 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on Radio Frequency (RF) signal processing

Experience with Software Defined Radio (SDR) architectures such as SCA, REDHAWK, or GNU Radio
Experience with commercial wireless standards and geolocation techniques
Experience with software configuration management tools such as Git, ClearQuest, Trac, or Subversion
Experience developing software using Python
Experience using Eclipse IDE
Experience with Google Protocol Buffers
Experience with model-based design tools such as MATLAB and Simulink
Experience with Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA)
Experience leading software development teams
Experience developing software frameworks for efficient signal or data processing
Experience designing signal processing software from limited or incomplete documentation
Experience improving software development processes and technical documentation
