About The Position

Sentar is seeking Signals Analysts in Ft. Meade. The role focuses on RF signals analysis and understanding signal characteristics to determine signal structure, define parameters, and model signal behavior. Candidates should be skilled in COMINT, ELINT, FISINT, or PROFORMA; expertise in more than one area is preferred. The work includes RF signals analysis, target development, FORNSAT analysis, and waveform and bitstream analysis. Relevant experience must be in signals analysis and/or design and engineering related to aerospace, communications, electronic, or industrial systems. The specific labor category is determined by years of applicable experience and educational degrees. An active TS/SCI clearance with an appropriate polygraph is required. Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance with appropriate polygraph.
• Relevant experience in signals analysis (COMINT, ELINT, FISINT, and/or PROFORMA) and/or design and engineering related to aerospace, communications, electronic, or industrial systems.
• For Level 1: 2 years of applicable experience with a bachelor's degree; 4 years with an associate degree; or 6 years with a high school diploma or GED, subject to the stated relevant military education, training, or program qualifications.
• For Level 2: 5 years of applicable experience with a bachelor's degree; 7 years with an associate degree; 3 years with a master's degree; or 6 years with a high school diploma or GED, subject to the stated relevant military education, training, or program qualifications.
• For Level 3: 4 years of applicable experience with a Ph.D.; 6 years with a master's degree; 8 years with a bachelor's degree; 10 years with an associate degree; or 12 years with a high school diploma or GED, subject to the stated relevant military education, training, or program qualifications.
• For Level 4: 7 years of applicable experience with a Ph.D.; 9 years with a master's degree; 11 years with a bachelor's degree; 13 years with an associate degree; or 15 years with a high school diploma or GED, subject to the stated relevant military education, training, or program qualifications.
• A degree must be in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, a Physical Science, or a related technical field, though a broader range of degrees will be considered for candidates who completed a relevant training program.
• The military education, training, and program qualifications referenced for the experience alternatives include relevant military degree programs or equivalent; Navy Tech ELINT Analyst 9141; Air Force Tech ELINT Analyst 1N2A; 451/461 Intermediate Signals Analysis; 452 Advanced Signals Analysis; MCSAP; MESAP; and MOSAP.
