About The Position

We are looking for a true Signals Analyst proficient in RF signals analysis and understanding signal characteristics to determine signal structure, define parameters, and model signal behavior. You will need to be skilled in COMINT, ELINT, FISINT, or PROFORMA, and expertise in more than 1 is preferred. This position will have a DNR/DNI/telecoms/mobile focus, and you will conduct RF signals analysis and create data flows working with DNEAs. You will analyze FORNSAT and perform waveform and bitstream analysis.

Requirements

• Proficient in RF signals analysis
• Understanding of signal characteristics
• Skilled in COMINT, ELINT, FISINT, or PROFORMA
• DNR/DNI/telecoms/mobile focus
• Relevant experience in signals analysis (COMINT, ELINT, FISINT, and/or PROFORMA) and/or design and engineering or aerospace, communications, electronic or industrial systems
• Deep understanding of signal characteristics, defining signal parameters, content and behavior modeling
• RF signal analysis
• Target development
• Analyze FORNSAT
• Perform waveform and bitstream analysis
• COMINT, ELINT, FISINT, PROFORMA experience
• TS/SCI with polygraph is required

• Expertise in more than 1 of the following: COMINT, ELINT, FISINT, PROFORMA
• Techsigint, telemetry, pattern of life experience
