About The Position

We are looking for a true Signals Analyst proficient in RF signals analysis and understanding signal characteristics to determine signal structure, define parameters, and model signal behavior. You will need to be skilled in COMINT, ELINT, FISINT, or PROFORMA, and expertise in more than 1 is preferred. The Level 1 Signals Analyst shall possess the following capabilities: Relevant experience must be in signals analysis (COMINT, ELINT, FISINT, and/or PROFORMA) and/or design and engineering or aerospace, communications, electronic or industrial systems. Signal Discovery, analysis, serialized reporting, and interagency collaboration are all required for this role. Any demonstrated proficiencies with querying to define parametric are a plus. Weapon system knowledge is preferred. Highly preferred candidates are 1N2A (Airforce), 451/461 Army Int ELINT/SIGINT analysis, 452 Army Adv Analysis, or Military Elint Signals analysis Program (MESAP) graduates.

Requirements

Proficient in RF signals analysis
Understanding signal characteristics to determine signal structure, define parameters, and model signal behavior
Skilled in COMINT, ELINT, FISINT, or PROFORMA
Relevant experience in signals analysis (COMINT, ELINT, FISINT, and/or PROFORMA) and/or design and engineering or aerospace, communications, electronic or industrial systems
Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of relevant experience
Associates degree with 4 years of relevant experience
HS diploma or GED with 6 years of experience will be considered for those who have completed relevant military degree programs (or equivalent) or who have completed relevant military training
Degree must be in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, a Physical Science, or a related technical field
TS/SCI with polygraph is required

Participated in or graduated from a relevant training program such as the Military COMINT Signals Analysis Program (MCSAP) Military ELINT Signals Analysis Program (MESAP) or Military OpELINT Signals Analysis Program (MOSAP)
A broader range of degrees will be considered for those who have completed a relevant training program
