This opportunity resides with Warfare Systems (WS), a business group within HII’s Mission Technologies division. Warfare Systems comprises cyber and mission IT; electronic warfare; and C5ISR systems. HII Mission Technologies Division (HII-MT) is seeking a Signal Processing Engineer with the ability to analyze large data sets. This position is located at Wright Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB), Ohio and is within a commutable distance from Beavercreek, Fairborn, Dayton, and Riverside.

Requirements

  • 9 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 7 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 4 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 13 years relevant experience.
  • Implement or maintain signal processing algorithms written in C/C++, Python or MATLAB
  • Ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI security clearance with enhanced security checks
  • Secret clearance minimum to start work

Responsibilities

  • Analyze large data sets
  • Develop system concepts and signal processing algorithms
  • Work as part of a small team to architect, develop, implement signal processing algorithms
  • Modeling and simulation of signal processing algorithms.
