About The Position

GraphicWorks Sign Company is seeking a Signage Project Coordinator / Customer Representative to support client communication and help keep signage projects organized and moving forward. This is not a general customer service role — we are specifically looking for someone with prior sign industry experience or experience in a closely related field such as print, fabrication, architectural products, or construction coordination. The right candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, professional, and comfortable managing multiple active jobs while coordinating with customers and internal teams.

Requirements

  • Sign industry experience strongly preferred
  • Related experience in print, fabrication, construction coordination, or architectural products may also be considered
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organization and follow-through
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable with email, spreadsheets, and project/order tracking

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers regarding active signage projects
  • Coordinate project details, schedules, approvals, and job documentation
  • Support projects from order entry through production and installation
  • Work closely with design, production, permitting, and installation teams
  • Prepare quotes, project paperwork, and status updates
  • Help keep jobs on track, organized, and accurately documented
  • Assist with permitting coordination and general project support as needed
