About The Position

FASTSIGNS West Palm Beach and Palm Beach Gardens is seeking a versatile and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Graphic Designer and also assist in Sales and Production. This role is a critical part of our operation, bridging the gap between design, customer engagement, and final product creation. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in graphic design, a positive sales-oriented attitude, and a willingness to be hands-on in the production area. This is the perfect position for an established designer that wants to utilize and/or expand their skill set.

Requirements

• Proven experience in graphic design, preferably in the sign industry.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for creativity and design.
• Experience in production techniques and materials used in sign making.
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Flexibility to to work at two locations as needed from West Palm Beach to Palm Beach Gardens.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality signs and graphics using industry-standard software.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide expert advice on sign solutions.
• Prepare production files and ensure all designs meet quality standards.
• Assist in the production of signs and graphics, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to enhance productivity.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and workflows.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new design techniques.
