As a Sign Production and Installation Specialist, you are the bridge between a design and a finished product.
Requirements
- Hands-on Experience: Proven skill with adhesive vinyl application and sign making.
- Tool Savvy: Advanced knowledge of power tools and general construction methods (measuring, leveling, and cutting).
- Problem Solver: Ability to think on your feet and creatively overcome technical hurdles.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong math and spelling skills with a commitment to "High Quality" output.
- Valid Texas Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
Responsibilities
- Fabricate & Assemble: Use advanced machinery (Laminator, Laser, Zund digital cutter) to construct high-quality signage, from flat panels to post & panel projects.
- Expert Installation: Perform on-site installations of large-format graphics and pressure-sensitive vinyl.
- Collaborate: Work with the sales team to provide accurate labor estimates and project updates.
- Quality Control: Ensure every project meets our high standards by proofing work orders and troubleshooting equipment.
- Site Surveys: Conduct site visits to gather technical measurements for the design team.
