About The Position

SkyRite is seeking a Sign Installer Service Technician who enjoys working outdoors, solving problems with their hands, and seeing their work light up the skyline. This role involves installing and servicing illuminated and non-illuminated signs and lighting. The job is hands-on, physical, and outdoors, requiring work on lifts, rooftops, ladders, and trucks. Technicians install signs, fix lighting issues, and ensure customer visibility. Every job is different, and the work contributes to shaping the skyline. SkyRite offers a training path to develop skills, learn the trade, and eventually earn licenses for career advancement.

Requirements

• A valid driver's license
• Sign experience is preferred
• A reliable work ethic
• Comfortable with heights, ladders, and physical labor
• Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and work as a team

Nice To Haves

• Some MIG welding experience
• Electrical knowledge

Responsibilities

• Drive & operate sign trucks
• Install and service illuminated and non-illuminated signs and lighting
• Read drawings, review job specs, and follow codes
• Load truck with tools, materials, and equipment
• Communicate clearly with the office, crew, and customer
• Use checklists and document work
