About The Position

Human Directional signs are a popular way to attract attention to, and direct people to visit our clients’ business locations. In the marketing world, this is called increasing “traffic.” This is a part-time weekend job for outgoing individuals with motivation and enthusiasm. The role involves attracting attention to a sign and the location it directs to, by exhibiting energy, displaying the sign, smiling, and maintaining a pleasant demeanor.

Requirements

Self-motivated
Reliable
Great attitude
Ability to stand for several hours in various weather conditions.
Punctual
Active cell phone
Available on weekends
Reliable transportation (public transportation, bicycles, motorcycles, or scooters are not considered reliable).

Responsibilities

Attract attention to the sign and the location it directs to.
Exhibit energy by displaying the sign, smiling, and generally having a pleasant demeanor.
Stand for several hours in various weather conditions, including heat, humidity, and sometimes inclement weather.
Arrive on time at the job location.
Send and receive text messages to communicate throughout the shift when necessary.
Transport a 5-foot sign.
