About The Position

SAIC is seeking a SIGINT Outreach Analyst to join a dynamic team in Chantilly, Virginia. The role supports SIGINT Directorate outreach and requires a comprehensive understanding of SIGINT missions, from satellite operations and ground mission management to user requirements. The analyst articulates the SIGINT mission to a variety of audiences, listens to their concerns and needs, and identifies potential enhancements for future acquisitions. The position also requires a basic understanding of government satellite systems acquisitions, knowledge of program office processes, and use of Microsoft Office tools.

The analyst develops and delivers educational briefings, researches and presents mission highlights, and educates operational teams and users about current and future systems and capabilities. The role also develops storyboards, articles, and fact sheets; facilitates discussions between users and acquisition and analysis teams regarding potential enhancements; and maintains records of briefings and user engagements. Other duties may be assigned by the COTR and Program Manager.

Requirements

• SIGINT experience.
• Experience in NRO, the Intelligence Community, and DoD.
• Experience briefing senior executives and large groups.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint.
• Experience as a trainer or educator.
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, team-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
• TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.
• Bachelor's degree and five or more years of experience, or master's degree and three or more years of experience, or Ph.D. and zero years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Build educational briefings about the SIGINT organization and mission tailored to a variety of user needs.
• Present briefings or train government customers to present them.
• Research and present mission highlights frequently to large audiences.
• Educate operational teams and users about current and future systems, including advising them on capabilities to be delivered.
• Develop storyboards for video presentations supporting satellite launches, emerging missions, or strategic messages to users.
• Draft articles and information fact sheets as needed.
• Facilitate discussions with acquisition and analysis teams to assess potential enhancements identified by users.
• Maintain briefing history, user engagement logs, trip reports, and after-action reports.
• Perform other duties as specified by the COTR and Program Manager.
