About The Position

CADRE is seeking a SIGDEV Analyst to conduct operational SIGINT analysis and research in support of complex missions and national security objectives. The position is located in Northern Virginia and offers flexible core hours. The analyst will use various collection methods to develop targeting strategies and collaborate with partners across the Intelligence Community. The role also involves developing expertise in the client's functional missions—such as threats, proliferation, narcotics, or counterintelligence—and in regional matters.

Requirements

• Current TS/SCI clearance with a full scope polygraph.
• At least 6 years of relevant Intelligence Community experience.
• Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree, or an additional 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• Knowledge of SIGINT collection methods used to close intelligence gaps and accomplish strategic and operational objectives.
• Ability to collaborate across organizational elements and the Intelligence Community.
• Knowledge of all-source intelligence or SIGINT, MASINT, IMINT, or HUMINT collection or analysis.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and equivalent Intelligence Community software tools.
