About The Position

Advanced Manufacturing Tech Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Siemens Desigo Lead to join our dynamic team in Ohio. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building automation systems, particularly with Siemens Desigo, and will play a critical role in the design, implementation, and management of our projects. This is a full-time onsite position that offers a unique opportunity to work in a collaborative environment and contribute to innovative manufacturing solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in building automation systems, with a strong focus on Siemens Desigo.
• Proven experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, electrical systems, and networking principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.
• Ability to work onsite in Ohio and travel as needed for project requirements.

Nice To Haves

• Relevant certifications in building automation or Siemens Desigo are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Siemens Desigo building management systems for various projects.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to understand project requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Oversee the installation, programming, and commissioning of Desigo systems, ensuring they meet industry standards and client specifications.
• Provide technical support and training to team members and clients on the operation and maintenance of Desigo systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to building automation systems effectively and efficiently.
• Maintain documentation of system configurations, design changes, and project updates.
• Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to building automation and Siemens Desigo.
• Mentor and develop junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in building automation systems.
