About The Position

In this role, you will assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of various siding and metal systems on commercial and/or residential buildings. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills in a hands-on environment with room for growth.
Requirements
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work at heights, and use ladders and scaffolding
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in construction, siding, or metal work is preferred but not required for helper positions
Responsibilities
- Assist with or perform the installation of metal siding, soffit, fascia, gutters, and other exterior building materials
- Measure, cut, and shape materials using hand and power tools
- Install panels and flashing in accordance with building codes and blueprints
- Ensure work is completed to quality standards and job specifications
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Follow all company safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE
- Load and unload tools and materials on job sites
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and customers
