About The Position

All American Roof Pros is hiring full-time siding installers for residential exterior remodeling. This role involves installing vinyl siding, soffit, fascia, and trim on jobs that typically last 3–5 days. You will work as part of a 5-man crew alongside an experienced lead, operating out of either our Mansfield or Huron location. The company offers year-round work with guaranteed hours from November through February, a 401(k) with a 4% company match, and a clear advancement path with defined pay steps.

Requirements

• Comfortable at height on ladders and pump jacks
• Able to lift 50+ lbs
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Your own hand tools

Nice To Haves

• Experience with vinyl siding, J-channel, trim, window wrap, soffit, and fascia
• OSHA 10

Responsibilities

• Install vinyl siding, soffit, fascia, and trim to spec and to code
• Work as part of a crew on multi-day residential projects
• Load and unload materials and tools at the start and end of each day
• Keep the job site clean and safe
• Handle yourself professionally around homeowners
• Keep your tools in working order
