They are building a network of qualified crews who are reliable, take pride in quality workmanship, and are interested in project-based work in the Philadelphia area. Ideal Siding is specifically looking for established crews with multiple installers capable of completing residential projects as a team, not individual installers or single-person subcontractors.
Requirements
- Experience with residential siding installation
- Reliable crew lead or manager
- Own tools and equipment to complete the job
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to complete projects based on agreed timelines and quality standards
- Established siding crews with multiple installers
Responsibilities
- Completing residential siding projects using materials such as Vinyl siding, James Hardie siding, Engineered wood siding, Metal siding, Cedar siding, and other siding products as required.
- Coordinating project details, scope, and timelines with the Ideal Siding team before work begins.
