The Sidewalls team member will be a part of the Wall department team. This position requires the ability to lift, push, pull 50+lbs on a continuous basis. This role has technical requirements that requires the ability to read/interpret orders and prints as well as understand DAPIA (code) requirements. This is a level BRAVO role , $25.00 per hour. New hires start at $23.00 per hour and then progressively move to $25.00 over 90 days if meeting attendance and performance expectations. Ideal internal candidates will not have any attendance, safety, behavior or performance write ups past a verbal level warning in the last 12 months. A skills test may be performed to determine the ability to continuously lift the siding. Candidates will review task stackers and duties with hiring manager and TMX at time of interview. Why Clayton?
