About The Position

Atkins Kroll is looking for a dependable and customer-focused Shuttle Driver / Porter to join our Service team in Guam. In this role, you will support daily service operations by transporting customers safely, moving customer vehicles throughout the dealership, and ensuring a positive service experience from arrival to vehicle pickup. Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required
Valid Guam Driver's License required
Clean driving record and commitment to safe driving practices
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions

Responsibilities

Safely transport customers to and from the dealership while their vehicles are being serviced
Move, retrieve, and park customer vehicles while maintaining dealership standards and safety procedures
Assist with vehicle check-in, service write-ups, vehicle tagging, and preparation for customer delivery
Inspect vehicles before return to customers and report any concerns or damages to management
Coordinate with Service Advisors and technicians to support efficient service operations and customer flow
Maintain the cleanliness and readiness of shuttle vehicles, customer areas, and dealership grounds
Assist with parts pickups, shop support activities, and other operational tasks as needed
