About The Position

Voyago is hiring a 1 Full-Time and 1 Part-Time Shuttle Operator (Hospital Shuttle Service) for their Kitchener location. This service provides transportation for hospital staff from designated park-out locations to the hospital. The operator is responsible for safely operating a shuttle vehicle in accordance with Voyago standards, providing courteous and professional service to hospital staff, and following all safety protocols and hospital site procedures. The role also involves supporting a high-volume of shuttle operations as needed and safely transporting passengers to and from staff parking. Additionally, the operator must perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working order at the start of their shift.

Requirements

• Possess an F / B / C class license
• Comfortable providing a clean drivers abstract
• Display safe and defensive driving techniques
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing schedules
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
• Comfortable providing a clean Criminal Record Search With Vulnerable Sector Screening

Nice To Haves

• Previous shuttle or transit experience is an asset
