About The Position
Voyago is hiring a Casual Shuttle Operator (Hospital Shuttle Service) in our Windsor location! This service provides transportation for hospital staff from designated park‑out locations to the hospital. Casual Operators will be scheduled based on operational needs and must be fully flexible to work a variety of shifts.
Requirements
- Possess an F / B / C class license
- Comfortable providing a clean drivers abstract
- Display safe and defensive driving techniques
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing schedules
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
- Comfortable providing a clean Criminal Record Search With Vulnerable Sector Screening
Nice To Haves
- Previous shuttle or transit experience is an asset.
Responsibilities
- Safely operating a shuttle vehicle in accordance with Voyago standards
- Provide courteous, professional service to hospital staff
- Follow all safety protocols and hospital site procedures
- Support a high-volume of shuttle operations as needed
- Safely transporting passengers to and from staff parking
- Performing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspection to ensure their vehicle is in good working order at the start of their shift
