About The Position
The Shuttle Driver is responsible for safely operating the hotel shuttle to transport guests, providing a warm and friendly welcome, and ensuring a comfortable and stress-free ride. This role also involves assisting guests with luggage, maintaining the cleanliness and condition of the shuttle, and supporting the front desk and guest services team. The driver must uphold all traffic laws, safety standards, and hotel procedures.
Requirements
- A safe, responsible, and dependable driver with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- A people person who enjoys making guests feel at ease and appreciated.
- Comfortable working a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
- Able to lift and carry luggage (up to 50 lbs) with ease.
Nice To Haves
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
