About The Position

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Guest Services team as a Shuttle Driver. The ideal candidate uses their engaging personality to create a memorable first impression for our guests as they arrive for the first time and throughout their stay. In offering a warm welcome to our hotel, the Shuttle Driver assists with the opening of car doors as they arrive to the hotel and unloading of guest’s luggage as needed. They will serve as a source of knowledge for the guest for everything about the hotel, its amenities, and the local area. Requirements

Must be able to lift up to 60lbs and push or pull a minimum of 120lbs of various sizes of luggage, packages and boxes.
At least one year in a customer service role with high guest interaction
Valid Driver's License with no infractions for at least 6 months
Ability to solve problems when they arise.
Ability to work in a team environment is a must.
Ability to continually walk, stand, lift or pull 90 to 95% of the shift.

Hospitality industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Shuttle guest to and from the local airport and surrounding areas.
Interacts with all guests by greeting and welcoming guest to our hotel.
If guests are arriving by motor vehicle, you may be required to open their door and provide luggage assistance.
Assist lobby attendant in keeping entrance area clean and organized.
Maintain the cleanliness of the van, baggage room and front entrance of the hotel.
