About The Position

Ben E. Keith Company is hiring a Class A CDL Shuttle Driver to transport loaded trailers from a branch to designated shuttle locations and return empty trailers to the branch for reloading. The role offers predictable routes and regular time at home, with an opportunity to gain trailer-handling and transportation experience at a food and beverage distribution company. Drivers are expected to represent the company professionally and follow its safety policies. The fleet uses AI-enabled dash cameras to recognize safe driving behaviors, record safety events, improve safety performance, and provide footage for accident investigations; drivers receive information about the program and sign a consent form as part of hiring. This is described as stable, full-time employment. The company cites a supportive team environment, modern equipment and technology, and career advancement opportunities in transportation and distribution. Benefits listed include medical, dental, vision, and life insurance; a 401(k) with company match and company-paid profit sharing; paid time off and holidays; wellness resources, an employee assistance program, and educational assistance.
