About The Position

The Shuttle Driver is responsible for our guests' and owners' experience from arrival through the end of their stay by creating customer delight in every interaction and exceeding expectations.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age
Must have a current and valid driver's license.
Must have a driver's license for at least three (3) years before being permitted to operate any Company Vehicle that involves transporting passengers (including guests, visitors, or owners), or any commercial vehicle.
Must meet the company-required motor vehicle policy standards
Must be familiar with driving in inclement weather and winter driving conditions
Must have a good knowledge of the Lake Tahoe area, including its attractions and activities.
Must have good verbal skills and the ability to communicate with the guests and owners.
Must be able to lift luggage 50-75 lbs repeatedly

Nice To Haves

The ability to speak multiple languages is a plus.
Previous shuttle bus driving and/or bell person experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Operate transportation shuttles to maintain specific transportation routes throughout the property, as well as maintain the safety of our guests and owners at all times.
Maintain the cleanliness of the shuttles and reporting any maintenance needs as required.
Assist guests with luggage on and off the bus, as needed.
Serve as an ambassador of goodwill by pleasantly welcoming all of our guests and providing area/site information.
