About The Position

Checkered Flag Automotive Group is seeking a friendly and motivated Part-time Shuttle Driver to join our team in Virginia Beach, VA! This role involves providing safe transportation to and from the dealership, assisting passengers, maintaining a timely shuttle route, adhering to traffic laws, using company technology, and keeping the vehicle clean and well-maintained.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent verbal and social skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license with 3 or fewer moving violations in the last 3 years.
• Major violations in the last 3 years, such as DUI or Reckless Driving, will disqualify candidates.
• Comfortable driving and working in inclement weather conditions.
• Must be able to perform physical tasks such as vacuuming your vehicle, walking to greet customers, and escort them back to the shuttle vehicle.
• Able to drive and sit for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe transportation to and from the dealership.
• Assist passengers getting in and out of vehicles.
• Keep a timely shuttle route while using good judgment and safe driving skills.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations.
• Use company handheld technology to communicate with Dispatch.
• Keep a clean and well-maintained vehicle for safe and efficient travel.
