About The Position

Propark Mobility is currently hiring Shuttle Drivers for full-time and part-time opportunities to start immediately. The Shuttle Driver drives a shuttle bus and transports customers to and from the facility. This role involves greeting passengers, providing assistance with loading and unloading, and operating the shuttle bus safely and efficiently in compliance with all traffic and safety regulations. The driver monitors vehicle condition, communicates with dispatchers and other employees via radio, and conducts pre/post trip inspections. Additionally, the driver monitors traffic and weather conditions, reports accidents or safety situations, and treats all customers courteously, friendly, and professionally. Other duties may be assigned based on operational needs.

Requirements

CDL Class B with Passenger Endorsement
3 Years Drivers License
At least 21 years old
Ability to operate a passenger van safely and efficiently
Ability to work flexible hours, evenings, and weekends
Energetic, outgoing
Can stand, run, and carry items, up to 50lbs, if needed.
Great communicator in both written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach to everyone you meet.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can help resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way.

Experience driving a shuttle bus or commercial vehicle: 1 year+

Responsibilities

Drives shuttle bus and transports customers to and from the facility.
Greets passengers and provides assistance with loading and unloading.
Operates the shuttle bus in a safe and efficient manner and complies with all traffic and safety regulations.
Monitors vehicle condition and records malfunctioning items or damage on appropriate forms.
Communicates with dispatchers, drivers and other employees using a two-way radio system to communicate routes, announcing arrivals and delays, coordinating the pick-up of customers, or handling other vehicle or customer issues that arise.
Conducts pre/post trip inspections of the shuttle buses at the beginning and end of shift to ensure sound operating conditions.
Monitors traffic and weather conditions and notifies dispatch or supervisor of potential problems.
Reports accidents or other safety situations to dispatch or supervisor.
Treats all customers in a courteous, friendly and professional manner.
Performs other duties as assigned based on operational needs.
