This role involves safely driving guests to and from local spots like airports, restaurants, and events, assisting guests with luggage, welcoming guests warmly, responding to questions or requests, handling guest concerns with care, and keeping shuttles, the front drive, and lobby clean and sanitized.
Requirements
- Customer-focused attitude
- Valid driver's license
- Safe driving record
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to be on feet during shift
- Flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities
- Safely drive guests to and from local spots like airports, restaurants, and events
- Assist guests with luggage
- Welcome guests warmly and respond quickly to their questions or requests
- Handle guest concerns with care and escalate when needed
- Keep shuttles, front drive, and lobby clean and sanitized
