About The Position
To create an atmosphere throughout the resort of engaging hospitality and abilities to transport guests to their desired location in a timely and safe manner.
Requirements
- Able to sit, drive for a minimum of seven hours duration.
- Must have a valid clean drivers license.
- A valid Driver's License required.
- Must be available to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that all guests are treated with maximum courtesy and are served expeditiously and safely to the desire location within the Resort.
- Maintain continuous liaison with management and the Ideal Services department to guarantee that guests are receiving quality services that exceed their expectations.
- Be alert to potential problems and malfunctions of hospitality services and make on-the-spot corrections.
- Able to speak clearly and concisely via two –way radio system.
- Be involved in resolution of as many guests' complaints as possible.
- Always providing excellent guest service with proper verbiage and guest interaction consistently.
- Safe and courteous driving abilities of large vehicle.
- Maintain cleanliness/maintenance of resort vehicles –ensuring management is aware of any maintenance needs in a timely manner.
