About The Position

Lexus of Orlando, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, is seeking a motivated and hard-working Driver to join their team and deliver extraordinary customer experiences. This opportunity allows individuals to gain experience and learn the inner workings of an automotive dealership with state-of-the-art facilities. Drivers support the dealership by providing positive customer service through transporting customers to or from their homes/offices while their vehicles are being serviced. High School Diploma or equivalent; three months or more related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Valid driver's license
Ability to meet insurance requirements for driving positions

Responsibilities

Provide customers with positive customer service experience through driving them to or picking them up from their homes/offices while service is performed on their vehicles
Ensure our customers have a world-class service experience at every step along their journey
Using good judgement and safe driving skills at all times
Provide an unparalleled level of quality and attention to detail when shuttling customers between destinations
Connect with customers in a timely, courteous, professional manner that reflects the brand, dealership and PAG service values
Safely drive vehicles
Understand and follow work rules and procedure
Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
Work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
