About The Position

Quad is seeking a Second-Shift Shuttle Driver to join their team. This role is responsible for providing safe, reliable, and professional transportation for employees between Quad's Wisconsin locations. The driver will operate on a scheduled route and deliver excellent customer service to internal team members. The starting pay is $25.00 per hour. The Second Shift hours are 1:00 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, and every other weekend. Hours may fluctuate slightly based on business needs.

Requirements

Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with all levels of the organization.
Excellent customer service skills.
Punctuality and good attendance.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to maintain a professional and service-oriented position.
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
Drivers should be able to read maps, be familiar with GPS, and quickly adapt to any changes and make decisions on the fly.

Nice To Haves

Previous courier or shuttle driver experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Responsible for safe and timely transportation of passengers to appropriate destinations in an organized, efficient, and professional manner.
Follow the route as scheduled while allowing for special pickups.
Effectively and professionally communicate with internal customers to coordinate special pick-ups.
Responsible for operating the company vehicle safely as well as maintaining a valid driver’s license and driving record within acceptable company guidelines.
Maintaining the cleanliness of the shuttle vehicle, fueling loaner vehicles, and helping out the service consultants with moving vehicles or pulling vehicles up for the customers.
Conduct scheduled and on-demand interplant shuttle runs throughout Quad's Wisconsin network, ensuring the safe and timely transport of materials, vehicles, and other business-related items.
